Ashley Rickards has made a name for herself playing Jenna Hamilton, the hopelessly optimistic Palos Hills High School cheerleader/blogger on MTV’s Awkward. These days, the actress is taking her fictional writing game to the real world. In her new book, A Real Guide to Really Getting It Together Once and for All (Really) (available today on Amazon), the actress opens up about her personal insecurities and pens practical life advice to young people looking to navigate the confusing, messy, and painfully awkward stages of growing up.
